All orders will only be shipped once payment details have been approved. The delivery charge remains the same regardless of how many items you purchase, but will vary depending on destination.
U.K - Deliveries in the U.K are £0.00 and are sent using Royal Mail Special Deliveries. A signature will be required. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been placed.
Europe - Delivery to Europe will be £3.99 A signature will be required.
Worldwide - Delivery outside of Europe is £7.95. A signature will be required.
Boutique 1610 aim to offer 100% customer satisfaction. All returns must be pre-arranged. Please arrange a return by emailing lauren@boutique1610.co.uk so we can provide you with a return address. You must return items to us in their original packaging with the relevant tags still in place and in perfect condition. Please return items within 14 days of purchase and a copy of the receipt with the goods. We are unable to refund any delivery charges (please use an insured method of delivery service as Boutique 1610 will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.)
